TubeChef is an online platform designed for YouTube content creators. We offer tools to help users grow their channels through:

• Keyword Research: Discover search terms with strong performance and potential.
• Video Optimization: Analyze existing videos to optimize titles, tags, descriptions, and chapters.
• YouTube SEO Chat Assistant: Get AI-powered, chat-based insights and strategic advice tailored to your channel.
• Thumbnail Generation: Generate high-quality thumbnails using AI to increase click-through rates.

The platform uses official APIs, including the YouTube API and Google Ads API, to deliver accurate and insightful data directly related to the user’s own YouTube channel.

2. Eligibility

TubeChef is intended for general use worldwide. While we do not collect or verify users’ age, by using the Service you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and use our services in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Access to TubeChef’s features requires an active paid subscription. Subscription plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis via Stripe.

• Subscription Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing anchor date (e.g. if started on May 24, renewal occurs every 24th).
• Cancellation: When a subscription is cancelled, it remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: For annual plans, if cancelled before the end of the year, unused months will be refunded proportionally starting from the next billing cycle.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

4. Use of YouTube and Google APIs

Our application integrates with YouTube API Services and Google Ads API.

What We Collect

Upon linking your YouTube account, we may access (with your consent):

• Channel data: channel ID, name, thumbnail, subscriber count
• Video data: titles, views, publish date, engagement metrics
• Analytics: watch time, views, retention, traffic sources, top videos
• Keyword search volume (via Google Ads API)

Why We Collect It

• Provide insights into your top-performing content
• Display personalized analytics in your dashboard
• Deliver AI-driven SEO and content improvement recommendations

What We Don’t Do

• We do not publish, edit, or delete your videos or channel settings
• We do not post content on your behalf
• We never share your data with third parties unless legally required

Storage and Security

OAuth tokens (including refresh tokens) are encrypted and securely stored in our database. Tokens are used solely to perform the authorized actions mentioned above. We do not store raw video footage or private videos.

You may revoke access at any time via our app settings or through your Google account settings:

5. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Scrape, extract, or index content from the service by automated means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse or overload our services, especially AI-related features
• Use the platform for deceptive or manipulative purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. In such cases, we will provide notice and a reason for termination.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that insights, metrics, or suggestions will result in improved YouTube performance or financial gain.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in API data provided by YouTube or Google

Your use of TubeChef is at your own risk.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify users via email or through the app. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
